Making A Purchase To make a purchase just browse our store and click to add your choices to your shopping basket. When you're ready to pay click on 'Checkout' and you'll be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping outside the UK please place your order as usual and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

CONTRACTUAL NOTE: When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule Goods will normally be dispatched within 72 hours and often on the day of placing the order. Orders are delivered using Royal Mail 2nd Class packet post where applicable. Orders over 1kg and under 4kg by 1st Class post. Over 4kg by courier service.

Out of Stocks If your item is not in stock we will supply you with the nearest equivalent. This is a courtesy measure and does not affect your statutory rights.

Mail Orders Orders can also be taken by mail, with either a cheque or with credit card details. Cheque payments will take 3 days to clear before we action the despatch of the order so please bear this longer order process in mind when placing your order.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy The Celtic Herbal Company do not disclose buyers' information to third parties unless you give us permission to do so, other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy If the order is incorrectly delivered or found to be unsatisfactory, we shall give a full refund or replacement. Returns should be made with 14 days of the date of the invoice and sent back to us at The Celtic Herbal Company Ltd. Glan y Don, PWLLHELI, Gwynedd LL53 5YT including a copy of the original invoice. We will reimburse the cost of postage and packaging for faulty goods.

Provided the goods are unopened and within 6 weeks of the date of the invoice, you may exchange these goods or get a credit/debit/cheque refund, depending on the method of your payment.
