Making A Purchase To make a purchase just browse our store and click to add your choices to your shopping basket. When you're ready to pay click on 'Checkout' and you'll be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping outside the UK please place your order as usual and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Delivery Schedule Goods will normally be dispatched within 72 hours and often on the day of placing the order.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will supply you with the nearest equivalent. This is a courtesy measure and does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy If the order is incorrectly delivered or found to be unsatisfactory, we shall give a full refund or replacement. Returns should be made with 14 days of the date of the invoice and sent back to us at The Celtic Herbal Company Ltd. Glan y Don, PWLLHELI, Gwynedd LL53 5YT including a copy of the original invoice. We will reimburse the cost of postage and packaging for faulty goods.

Provided the goods are unopened and within 6 weeks of the date of the invoice, you may exchange these goods or get a credit/debit/cheque refund, depending on the method of your payment.
